President of Trill & The Trill Senate
In the early 2260s, the Assembly of the Trill Republic suffered a crisis of stability, resulting in the reorganization of the government into the Trill Senate and the Trill Presidency in 2265. Both the office of the President and the offices of the Senate were housed in the Trill Senate Tower, in the government quarter of the capital city Leran Manev.President of Trill
The President of Trill serves a five-year term and directs the various ministries, providing stability and balance to the decisions of the Trill Senate. The President is almost always a joined Trill, and has rarely sought reelection to hold multiple terms.
